Than Bok Khorani
Located near the park’s office. Than Bokkhorani is a stream formerly known as Than Asok, where Asoka or Asok trees in Thai were grown.Than Bok Khorani is a stream trickled out of the cave called “Through Water Cave”(Tham Nam Lod). Flow hierarchical layers. A basin-wide clean water to swim called “Bok Khorani Pool”(Sa Bok Khorani). Tham Phi Hua To or Tham Hua Kalok(Skull cave or ghost big head Cave)Located in Aow Luek District in Phi Hua To Mountain. Which is a limestone mountain. The cave in a mountain basin, surrounded by mangrove forests.Take a long-tail boat from Bo Tho Pier about 10 minutes get cross to Tham Lod Tai a little.
From the cave entrance,look into will see 2 intersection way.The left side leading to a vast chamber pierced by a shaft of light.The right side leading to a hall believed by archaeologists to have been once a shelter for prehistoric people.In the cave was found a human skull, which is larger than normal, so called "Tham Phi Hua To".
In the cave is divided into 2 large booths.There are the prehistoric paintings of men and animals.Written in red, black, yellow, brown or dark brown. The paintings can be found along the 23 groups of 238 images Which paintings of prehistoric life over 2,000 to 3,000 years.The caves are open,ventilated place,light shining Into through can view paintings clear.In the cave also has large scallop shell is deposited into a stone.
Tham Lod(Lod Cave)
Located 6 kilometres from Than Bok Khorani National Park. To get there, proceed from Amphoe Aow Luek via Aow Luek - Laem Sak route for 2 kilometres. Turn right for Bo Tho Pier. Take a 15-minute long-tail boat ride along Khlong Tha Prang, which passes through the mangrove forests.Near Tham Phi Hua To about 300 meters.As mountain has the canal pass through. There is hole look like tunnel. The center is a large for sail pass through them. Approximately 150 meters, with beautiful stalagmites and stalactites lined tunnel.
Tham Lod Tai(South Lod Cave) is a tunnel under a limestone. Stream flowing through a narrow tunnel. With beautiful stalagmites and stalactite.
Tham Lod Nua(North Lod Cave) is a big caves. There is the winding tunnels and longer than Tham Lod Tai. Ship can be laen through even in the low tide period only.
